You have reached the articles' section of the 4 Brick Court website.  Most of the articles have been written by members of chambers and they are grouped by subject area.  We are developing an online library of case summaries by subject such as cases on Removal of Children from the Jurisdiction.

 

Each case summary will appear as a separate sub-article under the main heading.  If you would like a copy of the case summaries in one document, please contact chambers and we will email it to you.  We also publish a Family Law Updater once a month with a round up of important cases, articles & legislation in family law.
