Judith Pepper undertakes all aspects of family law, including public and private law and ancillary relief.

Judith has experience in representing both parents, grandparents, intervenors and local authorities in care proceedings. Judith's cases have included non-accidental injuries, allegations of sexual abuse, placement outside the jurisdiction and psychiatric illness.

Judith has spent time on secondment at a local authority and co-authored their in-house publication on care proceedings.

Judith's practice also includes all aspects of contact and residence disputes as well as injunctions and committal proceedings.
