Judith is a family practitioner with a particular specialism in child protection issues. She represents all parties in care proceedings, acting for local authorities, parents, children's guardians and competent children. Her case load has included sexual abuse, non-accidental injury, educational issues and neglect as well as cases where she has acted through the Official Solicitor.

Judith approaches all her cases with an attention to detail and a straightforward manner. She is available to discuss matters and provide advice, and undertakes her cases with a strong sense of professionalism.

Judith has also dealt with private law proceedings including cases where there is complex expert evidence and where allegation of abuse have been made.

Judith is also keen in furthering her interest in Court of Protection work and is one of the team within chambers who carries out work in this developing area.
