Lee specialises in children and family proceedings and accepts instructions in both public and private law matters.
He is regularly instructed to represent the local authority, parents, and the children's guardian. Lee has represented clients in a wide range of private law matters including: residence, contact and specific issue applications.
Lee has a particular interest in and experience of working with clients who have been the victim of domestic violence/abuse and appears in applications for non-molestation and occupation orders.
Lee has previously been involved in criminal cases, representing defendants both in the Magistrates and Crown Courts.
Before coming to the Bar, Lee undertook a SSLC commission with the Royal Ghurkha Rifles, worked in Jamaica for the Independent Jamaica Council for Human Rights and for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in London.
