Leo’s practice is in family law. He accepts instructions in all areas including private and public law.
In care work, he is experienced primarily in the representation of parents, but has also represented local authorities and children.
His private children work covers all aspects, from contact and residence disputes to declarations of parentage and leave to remove from the jurisdiction.
Leo has many years’ experience of dealing with victims of domestic violence.
Before coming to the bar, Leo worked for several local authorities and for SHELTER for several years in both the London Housing Advice Centre, as well as in their central legal services team.
