Tahmina Rahman practises in both children proceedings (public and private) and ancillary relief.
Having acted for local authorities, parents and children in public law child proceedings, Tahmina is experienced in all stages of non-accidental injuries, sexual abuse and neglect.
She is also experienced in all stages of ancillary relief proceedings including final hearings and enforcement of orders. Tahmina’s practice also covers PII arguments in Crown Court on behalf of local authorities, cases with an insolvency element, TLATA applications, cohabitee disputes, injunctions, and acting for mentally ill patients.

Tahmina is a co-opted committee member of the FLBA and an elected committee member of the Bar Council; she is a member of the Professional Practice Committee, International Committee and Young Bar Committee.
