Tom Tyler came to the bar at the age of 34, after a successful career in business. In particular he specialises in ancillary relief and co-habitation cases, especially cases with a pensions aspect.
Tom also deals with most other areas of family law.
Tom has a keen interest in pensions in ancillary relief cases and is actively involved in the chambers seminar programme.
Tom has published articles in 'Family Law Week' including Defending Committal Applications in the County Court under Part IV of the Family Law Act 1986 and in the 'Ancillary Actuary' including Divorce Law: A Frankenstein's Monster
