Trials within Trials: Fact-Finding Hearings in Private Law Cases

We are delighted to be hosting our second seminar of our Private Law programme.  This seminar will cover the legal and practical considerations relating to private law fact-findings:

  • Impact on welfare findings

The talk, which will be given by Jacqui Gilliatt, should last 45 minutes and will be followed by wine and canapés and an opportunity to network with other guests and members of Chambers.
