We are proud to announce that barrister Paul Pavlou MCIArb now offers arbitrator’s services and conducts private financial dispute resolution hearings. Family arbitration is a private and privately funded form of dispute resolution. In financial cases, it is conducted in accordance with the rules of the Institute of Family Law Arbitrators.
The Financial Dispute Resolution Appointment (‘FDR’) is a crucial court hearing where a judge provides the parties with an early neutral evaluation of the likely outcome if the case proceeds to a contested final hearing. The FDR can occur at Four Brick Court, Chambers (or wherever the parties want). Paul Pavlou MCIArb is happy to travel.
