Nathan is compassionate in his manner and meticulous in his preparation, noted for his ability to put clients at ease and identify key issues in complex cases. His practice primarily consists of private and public children work, and he is particularly interested in cases with an international element. Nathan also accepts instructions in financial remedies disputes.

Prior to and during his career at the Bar, Nathan has built experience in the following practice areas:

  • International and domestic relocation;
  • Surrogacy arrangements;
  • Domestic and sexual abuse;
  • Child abduction;
  • Non-accidental injuries;
  • Fabricated or induced illnesses;
  • Female Genital Mutilation and Forced Marriage;
  • Intractable hostilities and alienation.

As Chambers’ Pro Bono Champion for Advocate, Nathan is committed to working with charities and organisations that assist people who cannot afford or do not qualify for legal representation. To this end, he has worked closely with law clinics and domestic abuse charities throughout his legal studies and career.
